- Our daily rates and packages are sold integrally only, for the selected period and pre-payment is required at the time of booking.
- IN CASE GUESTS DECIDE TO LEAVE BEFORE THE END OF THE PACKAGE OR RESERVED PERIOD, A FULL CHARGE WILL APPLY AND THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
- If guests do not arrive by 10:00 a.m. the following day of the check-in date WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, the reservation will be considered a "no show" and the booking will be canceled. In this case, there will be no refunds or rebookings.
Cancellation and Alteration Policies
- All booking cancellations or alterations shall be made in writing to email@example.com.
CONVENTIONAL RATES AND PACKAGES
- If cancellation or alteration occurs until 15 days prior to arrival, there will be a reimbursement of 90% of the amount paid. Alterations will be made without any costs and are subject to availability.
- If cancellation or alteration occurs between 14 and 5 days prior to arrival, then there will be a 30% penalty and the remaining amount will be credited to the client for use within 90 days from the cancellation date.
- If cancellation or alteration occurs in less than 5 days prior to arrival, then there will be no refunds, nor can reservations be modified.
PROMOTIONAL RATES AND PACKAGES
- Reservations made using promotional rates, such as "last minute," "weekday promo" and any others that receive discounts or other benefits, are not cancellable or changeable. In case of cancellations or no shows, there will be no refunds.
PUBLIC HOLIDAY PACKAGES
- If cancellation or alteration occurs until 30 days prior to arrival, there will be a reimbursement of 90% of the amount paid. Alterations will be made without any costs and are subject to availability.
- If cancellation or alteration occurs between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival, then there will be a 30% penalty and the remaining amount will be credited to the client for use within 90 days from the cancellation date.
- If cancellation or alteration occurs in less than 15 days prior to arrival, then there will be no refunds, nor can reservations be modified.

Breakfast is served at the restaurant from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
The Restaurant is open from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. In the rooms, we serve snacks, sandwiches and drinks. Please refer to our Room Service Menu. No food and beverages from outside of the hotel are allowed in the public areas. The minibar in the suites is for the exclusive use of the hotel’s products. Please note that taking items out of the minibar will imply on their charge.
Cleaning of the rooms is done between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. The Governance defines the cleaning order according to necessity. Your room will not be cleaned on the checkout date.
Directions to Toque Toque Grande: Going out of the Pousada, turn right, walk for about 800 meters and turn right again at the main entrance. Follow the paved road until you reach the beach. Our service area is across from the end of the road. Tip: At the highway intersection, you can access the Toque Toque Grande waterfall.
Our beach service area is exclusive to our guests. We have a member of our staff at your disposal on site on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On weekdays and rainy days, please contact the reception before going to this area to make sure it is open and serviced. If not, the hotel will provide a beach kit (umbrella and chairs) and the key to the bathrooms.
Tip: Do not miss visiting Calhetas Beach. Beautiful, charming and deserted, it is only a 15-minute walking distance from the hotel. Car access is not possible. Going out of the Pousada main gate, turn left and walk for about 150 meters. There is an entrance to the “Sítio Calhetas.” Go in and follow the path to the beach. Do not miss the waterfall – the trek leaves from the right side of the road right in front of the first house that you see on your left hand side on the way down.
We suggest the use of mosquito repellant, especially in the early morning and at night. You can buy it at the reception desk.
For beach and pool towels, please ask at the reception desk. We respect preservation. Therefore, we offer one towel per day, per person. Additional towels will be charged at BRL 3,00 each.
Likewise, we change the bath towels only at the guest’s request. If you wish to change it, please leave your towel on the floor. If you prefer to keep it, please hang your towel.
Internet Wi-Fi: It works everywhere within the pousada perimeter and at the beach area. Ask for a password at the reception desk.
For your safety, people who are not staying at the hotel will not be permitted to enter beyond the parking lot and the restaurant areas. Visitors must be registered and pay the day use fee. Under no circumstance will rooms be permitted for the use of visitors.
Checkout must be done by 1:00 p.m. After this time, guests will be charged an additional daily rate. Please note that checkout service is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 22 p.m. If you need to check out of your suite at a different time, please close your account previously.
All units have electronic safes. We recommend its use for valuable items. The hotel will not be liable for valuables left outside of the safe.
